Things No One Tells You About Becoming A Parent: Infants

ahhh so where were we... Oh yes we have survived the first 6 months now let’s gear ahead...

Milestone: seven to twelve months Baby On the MOVE

9. Bedtime Adventure: You sleep in every possible direction other than the right one.

10. There is no good time to Call:

They trouble you the most when you are on the phone.

11. New clean diaper? – Time to poop in!

Every time I would change her diaper, that's the perfect time for her to poop in it.

12. Every Room has become a mobile Toilet for them:

13. And you can definitely be a Disney Princess for REAL when you become a MOM

14. You will eat 95% of your meals either incredibly fast or with one hand or both.

My older one had her timing so perfect that she would wake up every time the moment I would take my first morsel.

15. Trimming your Baby's Nail makes you Formula One Driver.

I dreaded doing their Nails. I used to freak out with my older one. I would trim her nails only when she is asleep. Now with my younger one this is the state.

16.  They are Curious about anything and everything.

Nothing hides from those tiny eyes.

18. Don't be surprised to see them here

Kitchen and Toilet are their favorite hangout!
When Trisha started crawling twice I found her in this State!

19. Me time” no longer involves mani/pedis and trips to the mall. It means being able to poop in private. And it rarely, if ever, happens.

Don't remember when I last took the Shower without having an audience!

20. Don't feel guilty if your child falls off.  You are not a bad mother.

How much ever precaution you must have taken. One day this is bound to happen.

21. Their sleep time is Unpredictable.

They’ll stop what they’re doing to take a nap. Doesn’t matter where they are. Doesn’t matter who they’re with.

At one point you will see her playing and the next she will be SNORING!

22. Food is everywhere other than in their mouth

It's a task feeding them! apart from poop cleaning!

23. You think it's only teenagers who wants to run away?

Because of the seriousness of an overtired baby. Bedtime is ruined and no one will be sleeping well tonight

Even with all of the maddening things that come along with being a parent, no matter how exhausted you are, or how desperately you need a little time to yourself, there is no other job in the world as awesome and rewarding as being a mom.

Yay!! You have already Survived the 1st Year...

Now fasten your seat belts for the next phase in your life...
