#Chicken #Mushroom #Potato


Very simple and easy to cook. Can be cooked either in pressure cooker (for faster cooking) or pot. Quantity varies as per your taste and like. The following are approximate measurements.

Ingredients:

300g Chicken
2 medium size Potato cut in cubes
4 mushroom chopped
4-5 medium size Onion
2 green chilly (I prefer light green color)
2 medium size tomato
2 tsp ginger- garlic paste
3 tblsp Oil
Salt
Red chilly powder (kashmiri)
Dhania-jeera
Haldi
Garam masala powder (if you want you can put whole garam masala(Clove, Taj patta, Pepper) before you put Onion to saute.

Instruction:

If using pressure cooker, then add onion first, saute it followed by the rest of the ingredients.
OR

  1. Heat Oil, add potato and fry till light brown
  2. Add green chillies (At this point you may put cloves, Taj etc)
  3. Then add onion and cook till they turn transparent and light brown
  4. Now add ginger-garlic paste. Saute
  5. Add chicken  and mushroom till it turns brown
  6. Add tomatoes and cook till they become soft
  7. Add dry spice powder and salt
  8. Cover and Cook till oil separates and onion - tomato dissolves
  9. Add warm water, quantity depends on the desired.
  10. Cover and cook till chicken becomes tender.
  11. Garnish with coriander. Serve hot






You get white chicken If you don't put red masala. Increase the quantity of green chilly for spiciness or use pepper. Cook till tomato and onion become soft and dissolve.





At this Point, if you don't put water, you get Sukha Chicken. Serve with Chappati.



Serve Hot with Rice.
