#Palak #Potato #Mushroom
One of my experimental dish turned out to be quite edible. So go ahead and try it.
My measurements are approximate, so add as per your requirements.Ingredients:
1 bunch Palak (Spinach)
2 big Mushroom
2 medium size Potato
2 medium size Onion
1 1/2 tomato
1 tsp garlic paste
Chilly Powder
Dhania Jeera Powder
a pinch Haldi
Salt
2 -3 tblsp Oil
2-3 tsp milk or cream (Optional)
Instruction:
- Heat Oil (medium flame)
- Fry potato till they turn light brown (as per my observation, potato if added later don't cook properly, hence cut them in thin slices/cubes and first fry them.)
- Then add chopped onion. Saute till they become soft and transparent.
- Now add garlic paste (Paste if added before putting onion, tends to burn and stick, so to avoid add it later.) Saute till they turn light brown.
- Add chopped mushroom, saute till water leaves and they change color.
- Now add chopped Palak. Keep Stirring. Once the water from palak starts drying add finely chopped tomatoes.
- Put all the dry spices and salt. Cook on slow flame.
- Cover and cook till oil separates and tomato becomes soft.
- Before taking off you may put milk/cream/coconut milk.
