I don't like to eat cold leftovers just by reheating them. So I create a new dish with it. This is one of them. Try it out.
Chicken -Mushroom curry (medium - thick consistency)
Ingredients:
Leftover:
Methi - Aloo sabjiChicken -Mushroom curry (medium - thick consistency)
Add ons:
3 Spring Onion (if not, you can use 1 small onion)
1 tsp garlic paste
1 Egg (beaten)
Salt
Red chilly powder
Oil
Instructions:
- Heat Oil and saute garlic
- Then add spring onion or plain onion
- After they become soft and transparent, add the leftovers.
- If the chicken has thin gravy, then dry it to get the desired thickness
- I shredded the cooked chicken.
- In the meantime, beat an egg with salt in it
- Put red chilly and salt
- Mix and spread it out
- Then slowly pour the egg all over and let it cook for 1-2 min
- Serve hot with Roti.
