Leftover Makeover

I don't like to eat cold leftovers just by reheating them. So I create a new dish with it. This is one of them. Try it out.

Ingredients:

Leftover:

Methi - Aloo sabji
Chicken -Mushroom curry (medium - thick consistency)

Add ons:

3 Spring Onion (if not, you can use 1 small onion)
1 tsp garlic paste
1 Egg (beaten)
Salt
Red chilly powder
Oil

Instructions:


  1.  Heat Oil and saute garlic
  2. Then add spring onion or plain onion
  3. After they become soft and transparent, add the leftovers.
  4. If the chicken has thin gravy, then dry it to get the desired thickness
  5. I shredded the cooked chicken.
  6. In the meantime, beat an egg with salt in it
  7. Put red chilly and salt 
  8. Mix and spread it out
  9. Then slowly pour the egg all over and let it cook for 1-2 min
  10. Serve hot with Roti.
